Following on from the specific research. I intend to do detailed research; for instance the variety of poses I expect the model to perform in order to get the ideal photo, enabling me to to go into the photoshoot already having a general idea of how I want the model to pose and so forth;

All of these photographs would appear to be of fashion images in comparison to music related photos, however, I am particularly
concentrating on the poses these models are illustrating, as these will hopefully prompt ideas for myself to re create within my model in the photoshoots. This specific photo is an image that was originally
very prominent in terms of poses I wished to convey to my model. The
black coat, with the colour turned up collar, yet having a very
serious, serene expression on the face. This
mid shot would be something I would be most inclined to re create, a mid shot allows enough
focus on the model without it being too close or too far. This pose is slightly side on, and with this I will
experiment from different angles perhaps from the waist up like this photo however, sat down cross legged.

The photo to the right is, a pose that I
may consider on the double page spread; it is unclear in this photograph but the model is resting casually up against a guitar, an image I would most definitely want to re create as it will have the immediate contrast from the harsh/serious 'look' of the front page to the laid back, casual look on the double page spread. The
simple, peaceful expression on the models face gazing into the distance is something that I wish to experiment with my model,
reflecting the tranquillity and 'coolness' of the photo. The
clothing in this image mirrors this image the model is trying to portray; and this is the exact same effect I want my model to show, of course through my guidance of the clothing, I want them to match the clothing they are wearing to give an overall successful image.
Both of these images are a very
small portion of the poses I have in mind for my model to do however, I chose these specific photographs as the poses are at two completely different ends of the spectrum therefore, having a vast amount of
difference between the both, therefore, showing the
range of poses I wish my model to perform.
